With the increasing threat landscape, security training cannot be a one-size-fits-all. Based on existing data points, Genpact categorized users based on the risk they pose. Genpact defined acceptable behaviors and as the risk increased, the threshold for this behavior went higher. Users can now look up their individual scores, see what is contributing to it and are nudged to improve it.
