Sahil Bansal

Sahil Bansal leads the cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives at Genpact, a 90,000+ global organization. With nine+ years of experience in the domain, Bansal is proponent of behavior economics and its applicability in the cybersecurity domain. He has written and spoken about it on several occasions. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, an MBA and has done courses on social engineering, security culture, behavior economics, marketing and branding. At present he is helping Genpact’s information security team to look at the problem from a people perspective. He has also worked with other IT giants like Infosys and HCL Technologies in the past.
