Dell is an organization of 157,000 employees that ships millions of PCs, devices and software products every year. An organization of this size presents challenges in getting people to shift their security mindset. This talk will discuss the challenges, changes and lessons learned on the journey towards a security-focused culture within Dell’s PC business unit and alignment with the rest of the company.
