Michael Aisenberg, Esq., Chair of the ABA's Information Security Committee, is on extended leave of absence as Principal Cyber Policy Counsel at the MITRE Corp. In 2019 he was appointed by the ABA to be a Member of the National Conference of Lawyers and Scientists, a body of 12 individuals supporting the AAAS. Since 2015, he has served as Chair of the ABA Section of Science and Technology Law (SciTech) Information Security Committee. He is a past chair of the US IT Sector Coordinating Council, member of an industry executive subcommittee of NSTAC, and the State Department Advisory Committee on International Telecom Policy. Previously he worked at VeriSign, Digital Equipment Corporation, and the FCC.
