April Doss is a Partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where she chairs the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice group. Prior to that, she served as Senior Minority Counsel to the Russia Investigation for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and spent over a decade at the National Security Agency working in a variety of capacities, including technology development, intelligence oversight, information sharing policy, counterterrorism, foreign liaison and serving as the head of intelligence law in NSA’s Office of General Counsel. Prior to her time at NSA, Doss practiced law as a Public Defender, Civil Litigator, and In-House Counsel at a college. Doss holds degrees from Yale, the University of California at Berkeley, and Goucher College, and holds CISSP and CIPP-US certifications.
