Cyberspace is regularly described as the fifth domain, another realm in which warfare will take place. But do the facts actually bear that out? This panel will review recent events to explore trends in nation-state behavior and whether we have actually crossed a threshold where cyberspace today is equivalent in significance as the other domains of air, sea, land and space.
