Metrics are vital to all aspects of a security awareness program. Not only do they indicate the success and failure of your content/events, they also allow constant adaptation to evolving threats and can be set up to indicate undesired increases in user behavior before they are a real problem. With all of this, there are still many security awareness programs that do not utilize metrics. Over the course of this webcast Katrina Rodzon will go over what metrics are, how you can find and implement them within your program, and how to interpret and grow from your findings.
