Security Champions are a proven method to scale app sec in an organization. However, as security initiatives increase in scope and complexity, it is tough to drive results from a small central security team into a large organization. This session will explain why a Product Security Lead program is a great addition to scale, amplify, and increase the effectiveness of a Security Champions program.
