Digital Blade Runner: A Learning Lab on Fighting Synthetic Identity

Posted on in Presentations

An army of replicants is on the loose. They look like real people, and we need to stop them! We will divide into teams and work on diabolic real-world scenarios using next-gen data signals. What are we looking at: a real person, or a skillfully crafted synthetic identity? Challenge wits, make brave trade-offs, and learn what it takes to become a digital blade runner fighting synthetic ID fraud!

This session will follow Chatham House Rule to allow for free exchange of information and learning. We look forward to participants actively engaging in the discussion, and remind attendees that no comment attribution or recording of any sort should take place.

Pre-Requisites:
Understanding of identity verification principals: KYC data checks, identity theft vs. synthetic identity.
