Syncopation in Enterprise IT: Uneven Migration to, and within, the Cloud

Posted on in Presentations

Enterprise IT security vulnerabilities are being created at an accelerating pace. At first glance, this seems due to asymmetric migration paths, as companies go from lift-and-shift to cloud-native architectures. But generally speaking, the underlying causes of this are not technical. Instead, they are related to how humans view risk as they change how they get things done. This talk will discuss why.

Pre-Requisites: CISOs, CIOs, enterprise risk managers, and cloud architects attending this talk should understand the basics of enterprise architecture and of the trend towards cloud migration, as well as Wardley mapping.
