SIMs and Secure Elements are well-proven hardware components, enabling various devices to be connected and trusted across multiple applications such as payment, travel and authentication, for example. Global manufacturers, IoT service providers, MNOs and automotive companies are now deploying these technologies to deliver flexible control over a connected object’s lifetime.
