Active shooters intending to cause mass casualties exhibit warning behaviors that are usually not detected by law enforcement prior to an attack. Predictive policing technology utilizing “all source data collection” coupled with AI may be used to monitor social media, government and other data sets to identify a potential active shooter’s pre-crime behavior allowing for early intervention
