Medallia started an experiment of democratizing security across the company to make security everyone’s business, and the results were eye opening. This is a story of initiatives to drive DevSecOps, empower the people and introduce transparency. The results were improved vulnerability remediation, proactive participation and a culture of security ownership across the organization.
