Posted on in Presentations

Often lost in the media are important efforts at the state level to address cybersecurity issues. In the last decade 19 states have established cybersecurity working groups, councils, task forces, commissions, boards or advisory teams. These have resulted in a variety of initiatives. Representing four states, panelists will detail a number of these initiatives.

Learning Objectives:
1: Understand the role of state-level action in addressing national cybersecurity issues.
2: Learn why state action, even if not uniform, can have national consequences.
3: Find out what is forecast for state action for the next three to five years.
