Women in Security: A Progressive Movement

Posted on in Presentations

Many reports on women in security focus on the negative aspects of the situation—under representation, inadequate pay and challenges in the workplace. There is another story that’s just as true, and that’s how many women in the field are thriving. In July 2017, 313 women who self-identified as women in security completed a survey. Here’s what they had to say.

Learning Objectives:
1: Learn what more than 300 women in security have to say about their work.
2: Discover the value that women and other diverse groups bring to the table.
3: Get concrete takeaways for addressing hiring practices and the pipeline problem.
