Every new vehicle on the road is connected now. As we continue to open our cars to more connectivity, we also dramatically increase the attack surface. Securing vehicles and understanding these new threats presents an entirely new enigma. This challenge is emphasized by the remote connectivity of the vehicles which can affect safety critical systems especially as cars become more and more autonomous.
