The Spanish-language cybercriminal underground is a largely unstable and unpredictable community. In mid-September 2016, the top dark web forum, Cebolla Chan 3.0, went offline, causing the migration of users to other dark web spaces. This migration highlights the ways in which this cybercriminal space is evolving and offers an understanding of how we can disrupt threats from this ecosystem.
