Uma Gupta

Uma Gupta is a motivational speaker, business consultant, a Fulbright Scholar and Professor of Business at the State University of New York in technology, strategy and happiness. Her talks integrate brain research with best practices in leadership and decision-making to find innovative solutions to business challenges. Gupta was selected as one of the Top Ten Influential Women in Technology in Texas and has won many leadership awards. She is a Founder of STEM-SMART, a nonprofit organization. She has been quoted in Forbes.com, Reuters and NPR. She has published three major technology books, a book on artificial intelligence and more than 70 research papers. She holds a Ph.D. in industrial engineering, an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a graduate degree in mathematics from India.
