Tal Rabin

Distinguished Researcher and the Manager of the Cryptographic Research Group, IBM Research

Tal Rabin is a Distinguished Research Staff Member and the Manager of the Cryptographic Research Group at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center. Her research focuses on the general area of cryptography and more specifically on secure multiparty computation and privacy preserving computations. She has a Ph.D. from the Hebrew University. Rabin is an ACM Fellow, an IACR (International Association of Cryptologic Research) Fellow and member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. She was named by Forbes as one of the Top 50 Women in Tech, 2018. She has served as the Program and General Chair of leading cryptography conferences and is an Editor of the Journal of Cryptology.
