Steve Ocepek

Steve Ocepek has received five patents in the field of network security. He co-founded NAC pioneer Wholepoint Corporation in 2001, then joining Trustwave Spiderlabs through acquisition. There he added Threat Intelligence and Malware Analysis to Spiderlabs’ capabilities, founding the Spiderlabs Research division. Today, as a member of the X-Force Red Team, Ocepek consults with IBM clients to integrate realistic scenario-based penetration testing and red teaming into IBM’s clients’ security program.
