Peter Scholl

Research Associate, University of Bristol

Peter Scholl is a Researcher at the University of Bristol, where he completed his Ph.D. in 2016 with Prof. Nigel Smart. He has worked extensively on bringing the theory of secure multiparty computation (MPC) into practice with more efficient protocols and implementations. His research also looks at optimizing protocols for related tasks such as oblivious transfer, which is a key building block used in MPC and other applications. His work on the popular SPDZ protocol for MPC won the best paper award at ESORICS 2013.
