Natalie is a Shareholder with Littler and represents start-ups to global corporations on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. She co-chairs the Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Automation Practice Group, providing representation and compliance assistance to employers in the robotics industry and employers integrating automation, AI, telepresence and robotics into their workspaces. As a nationally recognized specialist in the field of the labor and employment issues raised by disruptive technologies, Natalie appears frequently in the media and is an accomplished speaker, invited regularly to lecture at academic institutions and professional organizations worldwide. She received her undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley and her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
