Lorna Mahlock

Major General Lorna M. Mahlock serves as Commander, Cyber National Mission Force. She previously served as the NSA’s Cybersecurity Directorate, Deputy Director for Combat Support, as the Assistant Deputy Commandant for Information, Director, IC4, and as the Chief Information Officer for the Marine Corps. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she immigrated to Brooklyn, New York and enlisted in the Marine Corps. She was selected for the Marine Corps Enlisted Commissioning Education Program, graduated from Marquette University and was commissioned in December 1991. She is a certified FAA Tower Local Controller and Marine Aviation Weapons & Tactics Instructor. MajGen Mahlock has commanded and led at various levels globally and in combat.
