Lesley Seebeck

Lesley Seebeck is one of Australia’s foremost experts in the intersection of complex systems, strategic policy and technology, with particular focus on cybersecurity, quantum technology, and defense industry. A Co-Founder of Geomastery Advisory, and Senior Advisor at Strategic Analysis Australia, she has extensive experience in strategy, policy, management, budget, information technology, and research in the Australian government, industry, and academia, including CIO at the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and CEO of the Cyber Institute at the Australian National University. She has a PhD in Information Technology and Complex Systems, an MBA, a Masters in Defense Studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Physics), and is an alumna of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
