Lenny Gusel has spent the last 15 years at the forefront of the cybersecurity, fraud and authentication industry. He is currently the Head of Customer Authentication at Chase Bank, where his responsibilities include the protection of Chase digital customer portfolio from cybercrime. Before Chase, Gusel led the Fraud Innovation team at Bank of America where he was responsible for defining and executing the internal technology and external vendor strategy to position the bank as a leader in Fraud solutions. Before Bank of America, Gusel led the Fraud Product group at NICE Actimize, including the strategy and go-to-market for their Integrated Fraud Platform, which has become one of the leading solutions for banks across the globe.
