Khatuna Mshvidobadze is Adjunct Professor of Cybersecurity at Utica College and Principal at Cyberlight Global Associates, LLC. She has spoken on Russian cyber-activities globally, served as the Deputy Director of the Information Center NATO, and Adviser to the Minister of Defense of Georgia. Her articles have appeared in Defense News, Jane’s Defence Weekly, US News & World Report and more. In 2015, she published Georgia Cyber Barometer Report, sponsored by the UK National Crime Agency. She holds a BA in English from Tbilisi State University, an MBA from Caucasus School of Business, an MS in cyber-forensics and intelligence from Utica College and a Ph.D. from Georgian Technical University.
