Jon Lehtinen is an identity and security professional with 16 years of experience driving global-scale organizations like Thomson Reuters and General Electric to new heights in identity and security excellence. He is dedicated to the growth and maturity of IAM as a profession and is eager to mentor early career professionals to inject new voices into the industry. He is a member of the OpenID Foundation, the Kantara Initiative, Women in Identity, and is a founding member of IDPro, currently serving on the Board of Directors. In his current role, Director of Okta on Okta, he owns the workforce and customer IAM implementations at Okta. His first book Implementing Identity on AWS: A Real-world Guide for Solving Customer & Workforce IAM Challenges came out last year.
