Joe Serbaniewicz

Joe Serbaniewicz joined TikTok in May 2022 as the Third Party Risk Security Management Lead, where he's tasked with protecting one billion TikTok users from cyber threats. Joe is also an adjunct operations and information management professor at the University of Connecticut. Prior to TikTok and the University of Connecticut, he served as Director of Client Security at ADP and was an IT Audit Manager at PwC. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economic crime investigation from Utica University in Upstate New York. When not pursuing missions in cybersecurity, you can find him bass fishing, skiing the Rockies, and travelling with his family.
