Hilary Wandall is a privacy innovator focused on the intersection of law and technology with effective business strategy. She’s worked with government agencies and policy leaders in the US, the EU, Asia and Latin America to develop novel solutions for managing privacy across borders. As SVP of Privacy Intelligence and General Counsel at TrustArc, Wandall serves Fortune 100 companies and SMEs by overseeing the design, development and integration of privacy intelligence capabilities into the company’s technology platform, developing the standards for its certification programs and managing legal, regulatory and policy matters and strategic partnerships. Prior to TrustArc, Wandall led the global privacy team at Merck, where she oversaw the development of the global privacy program for 12+ years.
