Hardeep Singh

Hardeep Singh is Principal Security Architect at Upstart, an AI-based consumer lending fin-tech. He is responsible for the security of the company's cloud infrastructure. He has spent a number of years refining his security maturity model and vision to decentralize and integrate security and compliance, into the operational lifecycle of highly regulated companies. Before Upstart he was a principal security engineer at Symantec responsibility for securing their AWS and Openshift environment. Before Symantec he was the security architect for IBM's container clusters as well as their database service in their cloud. He has more than 35 years of IT experience, of which nearly a decade has been around cloud security.
