Ellen Powers

Ellen Powers has spent 25 years in the field of communications, honing the skill of motivating audiences to take desired actions or adopt more desirable behaviors across government, private, and corporate sectors. She joined Intel IT just after Y2K to raise employee awareness and adoption of various IT productivity initiatives and she supported the Emergency Response Team’s efforts to address the infamous Code Red and Nimda viruses. Since 2015, she’s been driving awareness of Intel’s Cyber Security and Privacy programs. Her team’s mission is to make cyber security innate to Intel’s culture, by delivering high-touch outreach events, robust training opportunities, teachable moments, and a ‘drumbeat’ of engaging awareness messages that reach Intel’s diverse workforce.
