Eileen Decker

Eileen Decker served as the US Attorney for the Central District of California under President Barack Obama. Among many notable cases, she led the federal investigation into the 2015 San Bernardino terrorist attack including the high profile case against Apple over the shooter’s iPhone, as well as the investigation of the hack of Sony Pictures by a hostile foreign power. Currently, she is a principal at Pacific Intelligence and Cyber; a Fulbright Commission Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Specialist and grant recipient; a teacher of Cybersecurity and Privacy law at USC Gould School of Law and Comparative Homeland Security law at UCLA Law School. Previously, she served as LA’s Deputy Mayor for Homeland Security and Public Safety for two Los Angeles mayors, and as an AUSA for 15 years.
