Candace Williams

Candace S. Williams is a dynamic cybersecurity leader with nearly 20 years of experience across the Department of Defense and the Aerospace & Defense industry. At Raytheon Intelligence and Space, Candace oversees regional program operations, ensuring that information system security risks are identified, managed, and mitigated. Candace proudly served in the US Air Force before transitioning into the civilian sector, where she gained a unique perspective on cybersecurity program execution. Candace believes that increasing the presence of women in the field will lead to more diverse and creative problem-solving, resulting in innovative solutions that improve an organization’s capacity to establish and maintain a solid cybersecurity posture. She provides mentoring and training to individuals entering and navigating the cybersecurity ecosystem.
