Sarfraz Shaikh

As Director of Information and Technology, Sarfraz leads the functional, transformational, and strategic initiatives within MESA’s three business units – MESA Products, MESA Services and Bass Engineering. In his role, he oversees operational functions of system performance, application deployment, user experience and adoption, cost and knowledge management, and risk mitigation. From a strategic and transformational standpoint, he is responsible for the business/IT alignment, digital migration, innovation, building vendor partnerships, and architecting a strong cybersecurity program/culture. He joined MESA in 2010 and has managed multiple functions including marketing and communications through his career. He earned his MBA from Oklahoma City University. He enjoys the sports of tennis and cricket, is a community volunteer, and an advocate for diversity and inclusion.
