Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our technology team and help us deliver innovative and effective website properties. The technical business analyst will be responsible for working with the marketing team and other teams to define business needs and translate them into functional specifications. The technical business analyst will also collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the solutions that meet the business requirements and expectations.
In This Role, You Will
- Work with the technology and marketing teams to understand the business goals, challenges, and opportunities of the RSAC website and related projects.
- Facilitate market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify the business needs and opportunities.
- Define and document the business needs and requirements using various techniques such as user stories, use cases, personas, etc.
- Translate the business needs and requirements into functional specifications.
- Communicate and collaborate with the development team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the functional specifications with the technical feasibility and capabilities.
- Review and validate the solutions delivered by the development team and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance testing to ensure the solutions meet the business needs and requirements.
- Create and manage processes and workflows to facilitate communication between Marketing and Technology teams.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence as part of the Agile process.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical business analysis or related roles in digital marketing domain.
- Proven experience in defining and translating business needs and requirements into functional specifications for digital marketing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, channels, tools, and best practices.
- Worked in the Agile framework and utilized tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, product research, and customer feedback.
- Experience in wireframes, mockups, prototypes, or other functional specification techniques.
- Experience working with content management systems, preferably Sitecore
- Experience in user stories, use cases, and personas is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To support our recently expanded Executive Team, RSAC is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Your Responsibilities
You seamlessly blend essential tasks with finesse, ensuring that our executive team operates at their peak. Here's how you make it happen:
Executive Leadership Facilitation: You expertly handle calendar management, document and presentation design, and review, creating a smooth path for their leadership.
Priority Management: You strategically manage the executive team's time, aligning schedules with organizational priorities and objectives. Your organizational skills ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Meeting Coordination: You take the lead in coordinating all executive team meetings and provide support during staff meetings. Your meticulous planning ensures these gatherings run like clockwork.
Action Item Tracking: You keep a watchful eye on action items for the executives, making certain that nothing is overlooked, and tasks are completed efficiently.
Confidentiality: Sensitive matters are in your capable hands. Your high level of discretion and integrity ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information, creating trust within the team.
Companywide Unity: You coordinate monthly virtual companywide meetings. You also assist in preparing for our bi-annual in-person companywide meetings, ensuring they're a resounding success.
Your Profile
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
1-3 years experience as a team coordinator or executive assistant
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Discretion, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

As part of our ongoing evolution, we are looking to hire a Content & Programming Coordinator. This role will be a critical part of the RSA Conference Content Team. This is an ideal entry level position for someone who is a strong communicator with an interest in cybersecurity.
Your Responsibilities
This new position on the RSA Conference Content Team will have significant engagement with the key members of the cybersecurity community and conference leadership. You will have the opportunity to have an impact on all the areas of responsibility within this team, growing your proficiency and skills along the way. You will engage in industry research, assure key conversations stay on track, and participate in the development of exciting new content areas. You will work directly with the RSAC Team, our key event management partners, as well as our speakers, Program Committee members, partners, and attendees. Specifically, you will:
Research key cyber-security industry stories and events profiling in blogs, alerts, and other outputs
Provide project management support to internal and external teams on speaker agreements, calendaring, and contracts
Manage creation of speaker profiles within RSAC’s content management platform, RainFocus, and assure that this content displays correctly on our website
Conduct social media livestreams interviews and engage with speakers and industry experts as part of our overall digital/virtual engagement strategy
Assist in responding to requests for information on content and speakers to support overall marketing activities
Act as a key part of the content team in defining content focus areas, researching key industry terms and categories, and identifying and communicating with Program Committee candidates
Assist in editing speaker profiles, abstracts, and other written materials
Assist in various programming elements at RSA Conference, from inception to delivery
Your Profile
Education requirement: College or University Degree, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in project management and organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
