Whitelisting for Gmail Users
- Click the gear icon in Gmail and select “See all settings” from the Quick settings menu.
- Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu.
- Select “Create a new filter”.
- Add email.rsaconference.com in the “From” field.
- Click “Create filter”.
- Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox.
- Click “Create filter”.
Whitelisting for Outlook Users
- On the home tab, click “Junk”.
- Choose “Junk Email Options” from the submenu.
- On the Safe Senders tab, click “Add”.
- Enter email.rsaconference.com as the domain that you want whitelisted.
- Choose “Apply” and “OK”.
- Note: These instructions work for newer versions of Outlook. If needed, you can view instructions for older versions.
Whitelisting for Yahoo Users
- Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
- Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings”.
- Select “Filters” and hit “Add” and enter email.rsaconference.com as the domain you’d like to whitelist.
- Name the filter and add the email address.
- Select to send all mail to “Inbox”.
- Save your settings.
