Email Whitelisting Instructions

To better serve you, we’re changing our email platform. To ensure that you never miss a single email, please whitelist our new domain, email.rsaconference.com, so that you can stay on top of all the cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Whitelisting for Gmail Users

  • Click the gear icon in Gmail and select “See all settings” from the Quick settings menu.
  • Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu.
  • Select “Create a new filter”.
  • Add email.rsaconference.com in the “From” field.
  • Click “Create filter”.
  • Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox.
  • Click “Create filter”.

Whitelisting for Outlook Users

  • On the home tab, click “Junk”.
  • Choose “Junk Email Options” from the submenu.
  • On the Safe Senders tab, click “Add”.
  • Enter email.rsaconference.com as the domain that you want whitelisted.
  • Choose “Apply” and “OK”.
  • Note: These instructions work for newer versions of Outlook. If needed, you can view instructions for older versions.

Whitelisting for Yahoo Users

  • Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
  • Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings”.
  • Select “Filters” and hit “Add” and enter email.rsaconference.com as the domain you’d like to whitelist.
  • Name the filter and add the email address.
  • Select to send all mail to “Inbox”.
  • Save your settings.
