Illegal call centers and the scams they operate can be monitored and evaluated by collecting and analyzing their scam phone calls, but also by watching the criminals advertise, recruit, and sell services to one another on social media. We will share observations from both perspectives and show how industry and government are working together to stop robocall-based fraud.
