Josh Bercu

Josh Bercu is the Executive Director of the Industry Traceback Group (ITG) and Vice President, Policy & Advocacy at USTelecom – The Broadband Association. Through the ITG, Bercu leads a collaborative effort of companies from across the telecommunications ecosystem to identify the source and ultimately stop illegal robocalls. Bercu also leads USTelecom’s policy development and advocacy to stop illegal robocalls. Before joining USTelecom, Bercu was a partner at Wilkinson Baker Knauer, LLP, a top boutique telecommunications law firm based in Washington, D.C. Bercu played a leading role in the firm’s privacy practice, where he worked on the full range of privacy and automated calling legal, regulatory, and policy issues.
