Patient Health Information: Giving Patients a Choice

Solicit and share experiences in sharing health data, examine differences between interoperability and exchange, discuss patient choice and control, and review options in sharing health information (health summary vs. discrete clinical facts). Survey technologies for enhancing patient choice in sharing including labeling services and HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).
