The RSAC™ LoyaltyPlus Referral Program (the "Program") is offered by RSA Conference LLC ("RSAC," "we," "our," or "us") in connection with RSA Conference™ 2027 ("RSAC 2027") to eligible LoyaltyPlus members invited by RSAC to participate ("Referrers"). Each eligible Referrer will receive a unique code from RSAC that may be shared with prospective attendees (a "Referral Code"). A person who receives a Referral Code from a Referrer is referred to in these Terms as a "Referee."
These LoyaltyPlus Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Program and supplement the RSAC 2027 Terms and Conditions, and the RSAC Privacy Statement, (collectively, the "Applicable RSAC Terms"), each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By participating in the Program or using a Referral Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Applicable RSAC Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Program is available only to individuals who:
- Have been designated by RSAC as eligible LoyaltyPlus members; and
- Have received a Referral Code from RSAC.
To be eligible for a Referral Discount (defined below), a Referee must:
- Not have previously registered for RSAC 2027;
- Complete and pay for a qualifying RSAC 2027 online registration using a valid Referral Code before online registration closes; and
- Meet all other applicable registration requirements.
Referral Discounts are not available retroactively, may not be applied to previously completed registrations, and are not available for onsite registration at RSAC 2027.
2. Program Period
The Program begins on the date designated by RSAC and ends on the earlier of:
- The close of RSAC 2027 Standard Period online registration at 11:59 PM PT on April 2, 2027.
- Termination of the Program by RSAC.
RSAC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
3. How the Program Works
Each Referral Code:
- May be redeemed only once through the RSAC 2027 online registration process before online registration closes;
- Is available for redemption on a first-come, first-served basis;
- Becomes invalid immediately upon successful redemption by the first eligible Referee who completes an online registration using the Referral Code;
- Is not valid for onsite registration at RSAC 2027; and
- May not be sold, transferred for value, auctioned, or otherwise exchanged for compensation.
RSAC does not guarantee that a Referral Code will remain available for use by any particular individual. If multiple individuals receive the same Referral Code from a Referrer, only the first eligible Referee to successfully complete an online registration using that Referral Code will receive the Referral Discount.
RSAC is not responsible for any Referral Code that is lost, misdirected, used without authorization, delayed, or improperly shared.
4. Referral Discount
An eligible Referee who successfully redeems a valid Referral Code through the RSAC 2027 online registration process before online registration closes will receive one $100 USD off the then-current price of a Core Pass (each a “Referral Discount”)
Each Referral Discount:
- Is valid only for new RSAC 2027 online registrations completed before online registration closes (not valid for onsite registrations at RSAC 2027);
- Is available only for the Core Pass type;
- Has no cash value;
- is non-transferable;
- May not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds;
- May not be applied retroactively; and
- May not be combined with any other discount, promotional code, special pricing program, coupon, offer, or registration incentive unless expressly permitted by RSAC.
If a registrant qualifies for multiple discounts or promotional offers, RSAC reserves the right to determine which discount will be applied.
5. Referral Reward
A Referrer whose Referral Code is successfully redeemed by an eligible Referee will receive designated RSAC merchandise (the “Reward”).
Reward eligibility is limited to one (1) Reward per Referrer during the Program period, regardless of the number of Referral Codes issued or successful referrals completed.
Rewards:
- Have no cash value;
- Are non-transferable;
- May not be redeemed, exchanged, substituted, or refunded; and
- Are subject to availability.
RSAC reserves the right to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
6. Reward Fulfillment
Rewards will be made available for pickup during RSAC 2027 at a time and location designated by RSAC.
To claim a Reward, a Referrer must:
- Be registered for and attend RSAC 2027; and
- Present any information reasonably requested by RSAC to verify eligibility.
Rewards will not be shipped, mailed, or otherwise delivered.
Any Reward not claimed before the conclusion of RSAC 2027 will be deemed forfeited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The Program is intended solely to encourage legitimate referrals of prospective RSAC attendees.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Self-referrals;
- Creation of multiple accounts or identities to obtain discounts or Rewards;
- Distribution of Referral Codes through paid advertising, coupon-sharing websites, or similar public promotion channels;
- Sale or transfer of Referral Codes for consideration;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or manipulative conduct; and
- Any attempt to circumvent these Terms or the Program’s intended operation.
RSAC reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee, cancel any referral, invalidate any Referral Code, remove any discount, withhold any Reward, or terminate participation in the Program if RSAC determines, in its sole discretion, that these Terms have been violated.
8. Privacy
RSAC processes registration information, Referral Code activity, and related account information to administer the Program, verify eligibility, provide Referral Discounts, fulfill Rewards, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce these Terms.
Personal information collected or processed in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the RSAC Privacy Statement.
Referees will not receive personal information about Referrers, and Referrers will not receive personal information about Referees, except as described in the RSAC Privacy Statement or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer
The Program, Referral Codes, Referral Discounts, and Rewards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSAC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
RSAC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Program, the online registration system, any Referral Code, or any Reward.
10. Limitation of Liability
In addition to the limitations of liability contained in the Applicable RSAC Terms, RSAC shall not be liable for:
- Lost, delayed, invalid, misdirected, or improperly redeemed Referral Codes;
- Technical malfunctions affecting Program administration or online registration;
- Unauthorized use of Referral Codes;
- Unavailable, delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, or forfeited Rewards; or
- Any failure of a Referrer or Referee to comply with these Terms.
11. General Terms
RSAC’s decisions regarding eligibility, registration status, referral qualification, Referral Code redemption, and Reward fulfillment are final and binding.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The governing law, dispute resolution, and other generally applicable provisions of the Applicable RSAC Terms apply to these Terms and the Program. If these Terms conflict with any Applicable RSAC Terms, these Terms will control solely with respect to the Program, Referral Codes, Referral Discounts, and Rewards.
Void where prohibited by law.
