Credit card refunds must be issued to the original credit card. NOTE: Failure to attend RSAC 2027 does not constitute cancellation and will not entitle you to a refund, credit, or transfer.

Please remember that canceling or changing your RSAC 2027 registration will not automatically cancel any hotel and travel arrangements you made. You are solely responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RSAC has the right, but is not obligated to, cancel your hotel reservation at an RSAC 2027 participating hotel if you cancel your RSAC 2027 registration.

  • A maximum of one (1) substitution per original registrant is allowed.
  • There will be a $25 processing fee for any substitution.

U.S. VISA REQUIREMENTS/INVITATION LETTER

It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure, and your registration details may be shared by RSAC with the immigration authorities to assist in the process. However, RSAC will not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf.

To receive an invitation letter for RSAC 2027, you must first register and pay the registration fees in full. You will have the option to request an invitation letter during the registration process. Also note that invitation letters will only be issued to Core or Premium Pass attendees and to exhibitors.

If you are not granted a visa, your registration fees will be reimbursed (less a $25 administrative fee) only if you provide support@rsaconference.com with an official document from local immigration authorities, showing the visa rejection and that the application was made at least one month (no later than March 6, 2027) before RSAC 2027.

ACCESSIBILITY

RSAC is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities. To request an accommodation, contact RSAC Customer Support at RSACaccessrequests@info.rsaconference.com as early as reasonably possible before RSAC 2027 and describe the requested accommodation. RSAC will review accommodation requests on an individualized basis.

CREDENTIAL/BADGE CONTROL

A government-issued photo ID is required to collect RSAC 2027 credentials/badges. Photocopies and electronic copies are not considered an acceptable form of ID. RSAC 2027-issued credentials are the sole property of RSAC and must be surrendered upon demand to RSAC and/or its representatives or agents.

While onsite at RSAC 2027 or designated off-site activities, RSAC 2027-issued credentials must be prominently displayed. Badge swapping and/or sharing is strictly prohibited. If you are discovered using another attendee’s badge or loaning your badge to another individual, your badge will be confiscated and you will be removed from the premises, with the other individual, without refund. If you lose your badge, you will be required to purchase a new one for a fee of $100. If you find a misplaced badge, please return it to Registration.

Falsifying an individual’s status as an exhibitor representative, misusing a badge, creating or distributing false credentials, or assisting an unauthorized person in gaining access to RSAC 2027 is prohibited. RSAC may confiscate the applicable credential, remove the involved individuals, notify the applicable exhibitor or sponsor, and impose additional remedies under any applicable exhibitor, sponsor, or other agreement. Login credentials for On Demand content are personal to the registered user and may not be shared. RSAC may revoke shared or misused login credentials without refund.

For safety and security purposes, your person, bags, devices, packages, and other personal property may be subject to screening, inspection, or search prior to entry to the Venue or designated event locations. Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denial of entry or removal from RSAC 2027 without refund.

You understand this information can change at any time.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks inherent in attending and participating in RSAC 2027 and release and hold harmless RSAC and the Venue, and their respective employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and representatives from any damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from those inherent risks or from ordinary negligence. Nothing in this section releases or limits liability arising from RSAC's gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable law. This provision is binding on you and your successors, heirs, permitted assigns and representatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that RSAC does not endorse and is not responsible for the views, opinions, advice, statements, products, services, offers, opportunities, or other content provided by attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, business partners, or other participants. Such content is provided solely by the applicable participant and does not necessarily reflect the views of RSAC.

RSAC makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any presentation, session, demonstration, discussion, product, service, or other content presented, displayed, or provided by any participant at or in connection with RSAC 2027.

You acknowledge that any decisions you make or actions you take based on information, content, products, services, or opportunities presented at or in connection with RSAC 2027 are made solely at your own discretion and risk. Each participant is solely responsible for its presentations, statements, marketing materials, advertisements, products, services, offers, and other content.

ADMITTANCE

You must comply with all Venue policies (e.g., no outside food or beverage is permitted in the Moscone Center), conference policies, event guidelines, security requirements, health and safety requirements, and instructions provided by RSAC, the Venue, or their respective representatives. RSAC may deny admission to or remove any individual who fails to comply with the foregoing requirements, or whose conduct RSAC reasonably determines is disruptive, unsafe, threatening or harmful to RSAC 2027 or its participants. Removal or denial of admission under this section will not entitle you to a refund.

SOLICITING DURING RSAC 2027

Suitcasing, outboarding guerilla marketing, or similar marketing tactics (collectively, “Soliciting”) are strictly prohibited at RSAC 2027. RSAC reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any individual from RSAC 2027 who is reported to be Soliciting during RSAC 2027 and who is not an RSAC 2027 sponsor or exhibitor. RSAC encourages you to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry and not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or non-exhibitor.

The use of drones/unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue.

Any unauthorized effort to intercept digital data is strictly prohibited. Examples include:

PRIVACY; BADGE SCANNING AND OTHER DATA SHARING

By registering for or attending RSAC 2027, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to the RSAC Privacy Statement and that your personal information will be collected, used, disclosed, and otherwise processed as described in the RSAC Privacy Statement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The RSAC Privacy Statement identifies the categories of personal information RSAC collects, uses, and discloses, the purposes for those activities, and the privacy rights and choices that may be available to you.

RSAC may use badge-scanning and similar technologies for event administration and operations, including identity and credential verification, access control, security, attendance and capacity management, session enrollment, continuing education administration, attendee services, surveys, analytics, and preparation of attendee attendance records.

Depending on the applicable activity, RSAC may collect information through badge-scanning and similar event technologies and may disclose certain registration, contact, attendance, participation, or badge-scan information to an exhibitor, sponsor, community partner, association partner, or other third party when:

  1. you allow that third party to scan your badge;
  2. you attend or participate in a session, seminar, briefing, event, experience, or other activity presented, hosted, or sponsored by that third party and disclosure is identified as a condition of participation;
  3. you use a complimentary, discount, promotional, or registration code provided by that third party;

  5. you otherwise direct or authorize RSAC to make the disclosure.

Additional information about the categories of personal information disclosed in these circumstances and the purposes of the disclosures is provided in the RSAC Privacy Statement and, where appropriate, at the point of collection or participation.

Badge scanning may be optional in some circumstances. If a scan is optional, you may decline the scan. In other circumstances, a scan or disclosure may be required to enter or participate in a particular session, activity, experience, promotion, or benefit. If you do not wish to provide the scan or permit the associated disclosure, you may choose not to participate in that session, activity, experience, promotion, or benefit, but you may still participate in other portions of RSAC 2027 for which you are otherwise eligible.

Once personal information has been disclosed to an exhibitor, sponsor, partner, or other independent third party, that third party’s privacy notice and communications practices will apply to its handling of the information. RSAC does not control that third party’s subsequent use of the information. Requests to unsubscribe from the third party’s communications or exercise rights concerning the third party’s processing should be directed to that third party. Privacy rights concerning RSAC’s own processing may be exercised as described in the RSAC Privacy Statement.

RSAC may use your contact information to invite you to be considered as a speaker for a future RSAC event, including when another person nominates you. You may decline any such invitation.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO, AND VIDEO RECORDING

RSAC 2027 is held in a public space where photography and recording may occur and therefore RSAC does not prohibit attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, or other companies from photographing RSAC 2027 activities, subject to applicable law, Venue requirements, session restrictions, and directions from RSAC. However, video and audio recording of RSAC 2027 content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from RSAC.

RSAC and its service providers may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture RSAC 2027 activities and attendees for event operations, security, accessibility, content production and organization, archival, promotional, and related business purposes. By attending RSAC 2027, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, voice, statements, and participation may be photographed, recorded, reproduced, displayed, distributed, published, edited, and otherwise used by RSAC, without compensation, in any media now known or later developed, for conference operations, archival, educational, promotional, marketing, publicity, and other business purposes, subject to applicable law and the RSAC Privacy Statement.

You may not create or distribute digital replicas, voice clones, synthetic media, or other AI-generated representations of speakers, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, or RSAC representatives.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED SERVICES

RSAC and its service providers may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated technologies to support event operations and attendee services, including customer support, networking recommendations, accessibility services, search functionality, content discovery, translation, transcription, analytics, fraud prevention, and security functions.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for convenience. You are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it.

You may not use RSAC 2027 content, recordings, event materials, or attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor information to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to adhere to RSAC’s Code of Conduct. RSAC will enforce this code and expects cooperation from all RSAC 2027 participants (e.g., attendees, speakers, media, sponsors, volunteers) to help promote a safe and enjoyable RSAC 2027 experience for everyone.

FORCE MAJEURE

RSAC shall not be responsible for a delay, interruption, modification, postponement, relocation or cancellation of RSAC 2027 caused by circumstances beyond RSAC’s reasonable control, including circumstances affecting the Venue (or any portion thereof), the surrounding area, or broader global, regional, or local conditions. If any such circumstances occur, RSAC may modify, postpone, relocate, reschedule, convert, or cancel RSAC 2027. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, RSAC shall not be responsible or liable to you, your employer, or any other person or entity claiming through you, for any damages, costs, or losses incurred related to such circumstances, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. REQUESTS FOR EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If you have questions regarding these Terms or wish to request an exception to a provision of these Terms, you may submit a written request to support@rsaconference.com. RSAC may, but is not obligated to, consider requests based on extenuating circumstances or other factors. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any decision by RSAC regarding a requested exception is in RSAC's sole discretion and shall be final.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any general terms and conditions on our website(s), such as the “Terms of Use” and “Acceptable Use Policy”, or other terms and conditions that govern different products or services offered or provided by RSAC, these Terms will control with respect to registration for and attendance at RSAC 2027.
