Terms and Conditions

RSA®C Unplugged 2019 Sydney (“RSA Conference”), in partnership with AustCyber and NSW Government, will take place at the Joint Cyber Security Centre, Sydney CBD, NSW, Australia (the “Venue”) on 10 October 2019. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between EMC Global Holdings Company, having its place of business at 207 Pacific Highway, St. Leonards, NSW 2065, Sydney, Australia (“RSA Conference Organizer”), and registrant. This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use posted in the footer below.  All written notice and requests, including requests for a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use, shall be sent to RSA Conference Organizer at UnpluggedReg@rsaconference.com.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Written requests for substitutions will only be considered by email to UnpluggedReg@rsaconference.com.  Please note:

  • Individual substitutions are only allowed with the written permission of the original registrant.
  • The substituted individual must also be from the same organization as the cancelled registrant.
  • A maximum of one (1) substitution per original registrant is allowed.

AGE LIMITATION
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference, and all related events, including all evening events.

PHOTO ID
A government issued photo ID is required to collect RSA Conference credentials/badges. Photocopies and electronic copies are not considered an acceptable form of ID.

CREDENTIAL/BADGE CONTROL
RSA Conference-issued credentials are the sole property of the RSA Conference Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to RSA Conference and/or RSA Conference Organizer representatives. RSA Conference-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the RSA Conference or designated off-site activities.

False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor, will be just cause for expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the exhibit floor and/or banning them from future entrance into the Expo. This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part of RSA Conference Organizer for refund of any fees. The exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the hall through the exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.

Please note: Badge swapping and/or sharing is strictly prohibited. Any attendee found using another attendee’s badge or loaning out their badge to another individual will have the badge confiscated and will be removed from the premises without refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
RSA Conference Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing RSA Conference activities; however, video and audio recording are strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from RSA Conference. RSA Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the RSA Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

SOLICITING IN THE EXPOSITION
Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at RSA Conference. RSA Conference Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from RSA Conference who is reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and who is not a RSA Conference sponsor or exhibitor. RSA Conference Organizer encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. RSA Conference Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

DRONES
The use of Drones/Unmanned Aircrafts (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue. UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air with no onboard pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).

UNAUTHORIZED INTERCEPTION OF DIGITAL DATA
Any unauthorized effort to intercept digital data is strictly prohibited.

Examples of this are:

  • Collecting electronically transmitted data without consent of the owner of that data.
  • Collecting electronically transmitted data with consent of the data owner, but under fictitious pretenses.

This includes but is not limited to the following technologies used when collecting data under deceptive or nonconsensual means:

  • RFID/radio-frequency identification
  • NFC/Near-field communication
  • Bluetooth wireless technology
  • WI-FI technology

ADMITTANCE
In its sole discretion and without refund, RSA Conference Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the RSA Conference anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the RSA Conference or any other attendee.
