We're all aware of the significant workforce gap in the industry. We can work to be part of the solution through mentorship and opening up the pipeline for new talent. This fall, the National Cybersecurity Alliance launched a new mentorship and outreach program with several Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in different states. We have fresh insights to share about how we can grow and encourage the next generation of cyber professionals.
