While there are many factors contributing to the growing complexity of the digital world, the factor that we seem to be struggling with the most is our interdependency and its ramifications for our nations, businesses, and individuals. If we are to be secure, however, our political and business leaders must adopt policies and technologies that leverage rather than avoid that interdependence.
