Software supply chains drive value across every facet of your organisation, yet strategies to secure them against disruption have hardly kept pace with need. The Supply Chain Sandbox is building a Capture the Flag (CTF) that simplifies some of these mechanics into a competitive learning environment. Part game, part business tool, players will race against adversaries to find strategies that balance efficiency and resilience by practicing effective cyber-supply chain approaches. While CTFs are standard fare for hacker conferences, no one has yet gamified supply chain security in this way (that we know of). This collaborative session will bring you into the game designer's studio and allow you to shape gameplay mechanics, scoring rules, supply chain controls, and more! Help us build a new tool to give your company a better way to learn and apply security throughout your organisation.
