RSAC Family Continues to Grow: A Warm Welcome to Fahmida Y. Rashid!

FahmidaYRashidAs many within our community know, RSA Conference goes beyond just yearly events in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific and Japan. We strive to keep the conversations that begin at these events going throughout the year with programs like our webcasts, blogs, videos, podcasts and Twitter Chats. And you’re only going to see more of this as we expand our content strategy to engagement events like Google+ Hangouts and Reddit Ask me Anything (AMA) sessions.

We also strive to create a valuable network for our media partners, vendors and community members. It is our mission to provide access to content that is always on and always relevant. And in the spirit of this objective, I couldn’t be happier to announce that on the heels of the addition of our new Content Director Britta Glade we are also bringing on one of the leading security writers, Fahmida Y. Rashid, as our Editor-in-Chief of online engagement for RSA Conference.

With Fahmida’s experience as an analyst and writer for publications like PCMag and eWeek, we are proud to bring her on board to help us continue to drive the important information security conversations. Keep a close eye on all the things to come, from stellar content to fun and rich online programs. We hope you – our attendees and blog readers – are as excited to read the next chapter of our content program as we are to write it.
