Introducing the RSAC 2022 Theme… Transform

Posted on

The security needs of organizations are expanding, and companies of all sizes across the globe are increasingly depending on our industry to build a more secure world. Since we last convened in San Francisco to explore the Human Element and its impact on the cybersecurity industry, we have all been challenged in ways no one could have predicted. Security teams have been tasked with protecting critical assets with an always-on, always-connected workforce. Throughout 2021, we navigated the obstacles inherent in supply chain, product security and software integrity, and we have remained Resilient. In fact, we have changed, we have evolved, we have transformed. But transformation is ongoing. And this year, when we come together for RSA Conference 2022, we will continue to transform.

The RSAC 2022 Theme Manifesto

As a community, we have transformed. We’ve moved from the backroom to the boardroom—from behind-the-scenes professionals focused on strengthening walls to business enablers entrusted to make game-changing decisions. The spotlight is on us. And as the world becomes more digitized, it looks to us first for protection and response.

We are stronger and wiser, but we can’t stop here. The world of cybersecurity is ever-changing, and there is still work to be done. Let’s continue to grow, evolve, and join forces to enable everyone to connect security and confidently.

RSA Conference 2022. Together, we transform.

When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in.
That’s what this storm’s all about.”

Haruki Murakami, Kafka on the Shore
