And just like that, RSAC 2025 has come to a close! Over the past four days, we have learned so much from our 37 keynote presentations, 730+ featured acclaimed speakers, 450+ sessions, and over 650 exhibitors in the Expo. Notable announcements from the week include: ProjectDiscovery being named RSAC™ Conference 2025’s Most Innovative Startup; Blue41, Sybil, and The Hacking Games wowing the Launch Pad judges; and Burt Kaliski, Amit Yoran (posthumously), Shai Halevi, and Victor Shoup taking home some hardware as part of the RSAC™ Conference Annual Awards.
To recap, let’s take a look back at the highlights from the fourth and final day of RSAC 2025:
In an always engaging and fruitful conversation, this year’s College Day Breakfast and Sponsor Panel was stacked with experts from Walmart, McDonald’s, and Google, who provided guidance and shared their expertise with a room full of college students looking to break into the dynamic world of cybersecurity.
Hollywood’s Take on Cyber Conflict brought an intriguing look at how cyberattacks are depicted in the media, with Michael Schmidt, executive producer of Zero Day, and former government officials analyzing the series’ chilling portrayal of today’s threat landscape. The discussion delved into how adversaries exploit vulnerabilities, incite unrest, and challenge national resilience, offering a thought-provoking perspective on cyber conflict.
Next, expert panelists shared actionable countermeasures to help defenders proactively detect and stop these emerging threats before they escalate into full-scale breaches. The Hacking Exposed: Next-Generation Tactics, Techniques & Procedures session provided valuable insights into the evolving techniques used by attackers to breach environments covertly and evade detection.
All week, attendees were able to enjoy the DARPA AIxCC Experience, an immersive journey that transported attendees to the fictional city of Northbridge, where the critical role of AI-driven cybersecurity in protecting infrastructure was brought to life. In collaboration with ARPA-H, this experience showcased how AI could automate vulnerability detection and patching, offering a glimpse into the future of cybersecurity. Beyond the DARPA experience, the RSAC™ Sandbox featured a variety of interactive villages that captivated attendees with unique opportunities to test their skills.
In the highly anticipated Cyber Policy: A View from the White House, NSC Senior Director for Cyber Alexei Bulazel outlined the administration’s vision for the future of U.S. cyber policy. The session explored the evolving threat landscape, new priorities, and the strategic outlook of the Trump administration, providing an essential update on the direction of U.S. cybersecurity efforts.
Finally, CISOs Unchained featured four distinguished former CISOs who shared their unique experiences navigating the evolving challenges of the role. This candid, interactive discussion explored the complexities of the CISO role, its rapid evolution, and the pressing issues facing today’s cybersecurity leaders.
RSAC™ 2025 Conference closed on Thursday with a celebration that included an exclusive conversation with Academy Award winning actor, singer, and comedian Jamie Foxx.
