Syngress sent me 3 new books on forensics today, namely:

• Android Forensics: Investigation, Analysis and Mobile Security for Google Android by Andrew Hoog
• iPhone and iOS Forensics: Investigation, Analysis and Mobile Security for Apple iPhone, iPad and iOS Devices by Andrew Hoog and Katie Strzempka

One may wonder what an Xbox and forensics have to do with one another.  The reality is that game consoles are now equivalent to desktop computer, and can often contain evidence that needs to be extracted for a criminal investigation. 

It is clear why a book on Android and iPhone forensics is needed.
