General Conference Questions
Fill out an application during the designated Call for Speakers submission period (usually six months before Conference). The application must contain your contact information and a detailed proposal of your session. Speakers are selected by the RSA Conference Program Committee, an independent panel of volunteer judges from the enterprise, government, academic and vendor communities.

RSA Conference began almost 30 years ago as a user conference for customers of RSA. RSA is an acronym made up of the first letters of the last names of the three co-founders of the company: Ron Rivest, Adi Shamir and Leonard Adleman.
The first RSA Conference was held in 1991 and consisted of just one panel discussion. In the ensuing decades, RSAC has grown into a series of events held around the world, annually attracting approximately 50,000 attendees.

RSAC Unplugged is a one-day event that encourages more casual and up-close interactions with cybersecurity thought leaders and peers about the industry’s most timely topics. These events feature a series of engaging and timely sessions presented by leading experts. RSAC Unplugged events are a great chance to network with peers and engage in conversations with speakers on a variety of topics.
